Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through the +Buddii website.

Buddii Health is a business of Bootnox Pty Ltd, 67 Howe St, Osborne Park WA 6017, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Where we ship

  • We currently ship only within Australia.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping methods and rates

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Flat-rate shipping charges (per order):

  • Standard Post: AUD $10
  • Express Post: AUD $13

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing and dispatch times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Western Australia.
  • During peak periods, promotions, launches, or unexpected events, processing times may be longer.

If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you by email.

4. Estimated delivery timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Post (Australia Post): generally 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express Post (Australia Post): generally 1–4 business days within the Express network, longer outside the network.

These timeframes are estimates only and are provided by Australia Post. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Remote, regional, and rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

5. Tracking your order

  • Most orders include tracking.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where applicable).
  • You can use this tracking number on the Australia Post website to follow your delivery status.

If you haven’t received a shipping email within a reasonable time after purchase, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us if needed.

6. Delivery address and safe drop

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.

  • If Australia Post considers it safe, your parcel may be left in a secure location at your address (“safe drop”) or taken to a local Post Office for collection.
  • If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible and the parcel is returned to us, we may:
    • offer to re-send it (additional shipping charges may apply); or
    • offer a refund for the product(s) only (shipping is generally non-refundable, except where required by law).

We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

7. Delays, lost or missing parcels

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by:

  • carrier delays
  • peak periods (e.g. Christmas, public holidays)
  • extreme weather events or natural disasters
  • other factors outside our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing:

  1. Check the tracking information from Australia Post.
  2. If tracking shows an issue, contact Australia Post directly in the first instance.
  3. If the matter is not resolved, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review.

We will work with Australia Post to investigate, but we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Damaged or incorrect items on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items:

  • Contact us at hello@thanksbuddii.com as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include:
    • your order number
    • a description of the issue
    • clear photos of the packaging and product(s).

Once we assess the claim, and where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we advise you, as further photos or return of the product may be required.

9. Authority to leave and risk

If you grant Authority to Leave (ATL) with Australia Post or via delivery instructions:

  • The parcel may be left at the address without a signature.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once Australia Post confirms the parcel has been delivered.

We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery has been completed at the address you provided.

 

10. Multiple items and split shipments

Where possible, we ship your order in a single parcel.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we may, at our discretion:

  • part-ship the available items and send the remainder later; or
  • hold the order until all items are available and ship together.

We will take reasonable steps to notify you if there is a significant delay with any part of your order.

11. Change of address after ordering

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order:

  • Contact us at [insert support email] immediately with your order number and new address.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update the address.
  • If the order has already shipped, we usually cannot change the address. You may need to contact Australia Post directly.

We are not responsible if a change request is received too late to be actioned.

12. Returns due to non-delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • repeated failed delivery attempts
  • non-collection from a Post Office within the required time
  • incorrect/incomplete address

we will contact you to discuss options:

  • re-shipping (additional shipping charges may apply); or
  • refunding the product(s) only (shipping is generally non-refundable, except where required by law).

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy if there is a major failure with the goods or with the services we provide in arranging delivery.

For more information on your rights, refer to the ACCC website or your local consumer protection authority.

14. Changes to this Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the website and placement of orders after changes are posted means you accept the revised Shipping Policy.
